Moondays are days when the full or new moon falls. As with all things in nature, we’re affected by the phases of the moon and the energy is strong, which can influence our body and mind. Both full and new moon days are observed as yoga holidays in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition so make sure to rest on those days.
